The beavers at Alan Lake have been busy! There are downed trees
and stumps everywhere!

I wasnt sure what kind of bird this was, but he was very friendly. Many thanks to K.M. for
contacting me to say it is a "Gray Jay"! The Mystery is over.

Horses on the highway - about 40 minutes South of Dease Lake,
20 min North of Iskut. (At the Stikine)
These horses roam free, but belong to a nearby ranch, used for
guides, etc.

Bear cub up a tree in Stewart BC. There were 3 cubs in this tree,
but mom was close by, so
we took a couple shots and got back in
the car

Rainbow Trout. Caught this one and threw it back, but it kept
coming back up the hole...
